English Español 由天主教耶穌會委托北京中國學中心（The Beijing Center，以下簡稱TBC）捐贈的1800副醫用N95口罩於2月29日抵達湖北省荊州市第一人民醫院，助力前線醫護人員抗擊新冠肺炎。此次捐贈由耶穌會總會長蘇薩神父發起並提供資金支持，北京中國學中心受托捐贈，全程負責物資的採購、物流、和對接。 新冠肺炎爆發以來，中國的疫情發展牽動著全世界。當前多個省市情況雖有好轉，但疫情防控工作仍嚴峻不可鬆懈。醫護工作者夜以繼日奮戰，醫療物資消耗量極大，多家醫院防護物資緊張，醫護人員嚴重面臨被感染的風險。 TBC持續關注前線醫護工作者，並積極尋求辦法協助疫情防控工作。2月初，TBC接到了一筆來自耶穌會總會的捐款，並受托予以捐贈。 武漢是此次疫情的重災區，而其周邊城市的感染人數也屬全國前列，但這些城市的醫療條件卻不如武漢，極度需要幫助。我們根據當時媒體對各地疫情和物資捐贈的報道，將目光投向了情況嚴峻而關注度較低的湖北省荊州市。 TBC工作人員聯絡上了荊州市第一人民醫院的醫生，了解到當前最緊缺的仍是醫用外科口罩。確定需求後，立即搜尋海外渠道。此時全球各類口罩都已十分緊缺，價格一路上漲，多國禁止醫療物資外運。幾經輾轉，我們聯絡上了加拿大溫哥華的華人朋友，找到一批NIOSH（美國國家職業安全衛生研究所）認證的N95型口罩。2月16日，在收到醫生確認口罩符合醫用標準的回覆後，將全部所得款項用於購買N95口罩1800副，經EMS發往北京，再由順豐發往荊州市第一人民醫院，並於2月29日送達醫護人員手中。 北京中國學中心是安東神父 (Ron Anton, S.J.) 於1998年成立的非牟利教育機構，致力於成為中西文化友好交流的橋樑與平台。對於此次捐贈的順利達成，耶穌會亞太地區總顧問兼區域助理José Magadia神父說道：「耶穌會是一個團結的修會。此舉正顯示了我們廣泛而緊密地團結在一起。 TBC執行總監古嘉文博士表示：「我們很高興能夠搭建起一個捐贈的橋樑，疏通平台，讓更多的幫助抵達中國，為抗疫提供幫助。感謝總會長的慷慨捐贈。願疫情早日平息，大家都能回到正常的生活當中。 與此同時，耶穌會中華省省會長周守仁神父寄語醫護工作者：「醫護人員肩負著重大使命，能夠提供幫助是我們的榮幸。為了所愛之人和使命，請注意安全保重身體。謹此送上我們最摯誠的祈禱和祝福！
