Content Operations Assistant Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operation and promotion of TBC’s media accounts, planning and developing content in line with the style of TBC’s owned social channels (WeChat, Sohu).
- Create engaging content with different tones and styles, and publish them in a regular basis.
- Focus on growing social media audience and engagement with effective media communication and data analysis.
- Perform monthly analysis and generate reports for each social media account and make suggestions for optimization.
- Optimize content by cooperating with contributors
- Develop and operate other related accounts according to the overall planning of TBC.
- Interview, live stream and shoot TBC’s related activities, and report them on relevant owned media platforms.
- Cooperate or interact with other social media influencers, KOLs and KOCs.
Qualifications
- Focus on domestic and international heated discussion of higher education and cultural life, with a strong sense of the Internet and active thinking, and be able to continuously produce attractive content on selected topics.
- Expertise in writing new media content logically, and know how communicate with Generation Z.
- Experience in new media operation, familiar with the overall process of WeChat operation and know the rules of different platforms.
- Strong sense of teamwork and good at communicating and collaborating with others.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with study or working experience in the US.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Content Operations Manager is a full-time position with remuneration and benefits commensurate to experience and performance. TBC provides social insurance, housing fund and supplementary commercial insurance.

IT/CRM Support Specialist IT/CRM
Full- time/ Part-time
Position Summary
IT/CRM Support Specialist will work with various in-house departments using CRM software and report directly to the Administration. The candidate will build rapport with users to ensure the successful implementation of projects within the software. This will be achieved through understanding users’ business goals, developing a strong relationship, and executing software configurations.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to establish databases and routing tools
- Support daily office IT needs
- Implement CRM tools in coordinating and analyzing various users’ requirements
- Responsible for carrying out user project and administrative needs
- Customize flow automation and membership information
- Design forms and create alerts
- Create and schedule custom reports
- Manipulate back-end settings to complete the project goal
- Help create training material as needed
Qualifications
- University graduate or equivalent, majored in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
- Logical, organized, and responsible
- 1-3 years of experience, knowledge of CRM is a MUST
- Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience will be a plus
- Ability to talk technical details with internal and external partners
- Ability to work independently
Remuneration and Benefits
- The IT/CRM Support Specialist a full-time/part-time position, with remuneration and benefits commensurate to experience and performance. The incumbent can work online and will be asked to come to The Beijing Center office at the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing in a regular basis.
- The Beijing Center is an equal opportunity workplace with flexible working practices. The position will involve occasional attendance at out-of-hours events.
