With over eight years of experience in higher education, Queenie is dedicated to enhancing student experiences through comprehensive orientation programs, cultural excursions, and community-building initiatives, playing a pivotal role in TBC’s mission to provide unparalleled education about China. She oversees the Chinese Roommate and Tutor programs and facilitates student transitions to life in Beijing, ensuring operational excellence and student satisfaction. Queenie collaborates with partner universities to create innovative educational opportunities and co-curricular activities, including weekend excursions and student retreats.

Queenie’s areas of interest include intercultural communication, student development, and educational policy. She remains inspired by the intercultural dynamics she encounters daily, continuing the legacy of Matteo Ricci and Xu Guangqi （徐光启）in promoting mutual understanding and respect. Outside of work, Queenie enjoys singing, traveling, and photography. She loves exploring new places and capturing their essence through her camera and often unwinds by singing at karaoke.
