The Commercial Section is charged with helping U.S. firms export their goods and services to China. To accomplish this mission, we offer a variety of resources and services to assist U.S. companies entering the Chinese market. The purpose of the internship program is to provide college students and law students with “hands-on” experience working in a commercial section of a U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Each post determines its own criteria for intern applicants.

Red Gate Gallery is the first private contemporary art gallery to be established in China. UNDP is the United Nations’ global development network. In a partnership spanning almost 40 years, UNDP has worked together with China in areas including agriculture, science and technology, health and medicine, and disaster relief.
An internship at the WHO Beijing office gives students an excellent opportunity to build and develop strong project management skills, public affairs and communications experience, event management skills, and a deeper understanding of the complexities of a global organization dedicated to achieving good health for China’ citizens through evidence-based public health initiatives. Interns will gain insight into the work of WHO while enriching their knowledge and experience in the health field, thereby contributing to the advancement public health.
The China Social Entrepreneur Foundation is a nonprofit public interest organization with independent legal person status, which has been formally established with the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China and registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs. It is an innovative and non-public funding foundation that are comprised mainly of entrepreneurs and supports poverty alleviation and other public interest endeavors with a grant making model, the first of its kind in China.
