Molly joined The Beijing Center in 2017. She has over nine years experience working in an international research center and five years with an international academic exchange program. Molly also has experience as a middle school English teacher. With her experience in administration, human resources, finance and teaching, she has brought independent thinking and expertise in cross-culture communication to her roles in operations and academic affairs.

Olina joined TBC in 2022. She is responsible for the management and coordination of TBC Kunming Office with over a decade of experience in project operation and administration. Olina is a positive person and loves life. Her favorite motto is “合抱之木，生于毫末；九层之台，起于累土。”——《老子》or “Great oaks from little acorns grow,” by Laozi.
